Refund policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging included.

Please contact us to start a return. Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
